American passengers on the MS Magellan cruise ship paid The Pastport Station for visa’s which they did not receive. I paid The Pastport Station $1060.00 for visa’s I did not receive. I believe The Passport Station was recommended to our travel agent by Cruise & Maritime voyages, By Doris Mellman.
