Mayor Shafer on Bell Road
When you analze what projects have been and are being done including what is now being done on Bell Road, you have to get the impression that deals have been made. All of the work on Bell Rd being done is in Councilwoman Foro’s district.
There can be no other explanation why with the exception of the Mayor, the council members are against paving Bell Rd.
