Bell Rd up date Council Meeting 5/24/07
It was clear as mud what Councilmen Elkins and Johnson want to do with Bell Rd.
Councilman Elkins thinks that because they are working on Bell Rd East of Grand Ave that everything is O.K.
To understand where Councilman Johnson stands, watch the replay of the meeting and make your own conclusions.
I don’t understand, when council puts money in the budget to resurface Bell Rd why doesn’t the City Manager do it?
The problem is West of Grand Ave in case Councilman Elkins doesn’t know or does not want to see it. He must use Grand Ave to go to the city hall.
