Budget Question
Council Meeting 5/24/07
I told the council that the millions of dollars in the Bell Rd. project that was not spent in the 2006/2007 budget does not appear in the carry over sheet for the 2007/2008 budget.
They could not respond, saying that the City Manager would get me the answer.
Mr. Vukanovich -
I have provided the following information in response to your question posed at the May 24th City Council Meeting.
“Where did the $6 million dollars go (referencing the Bell Road Project- FY07)?” The $895,000 shown on the document Carry
Forward Summary FY08 (attached) represents the amount necessary to complete contractually obligated work for
. Any of the available FY07 budgeted dollars associated with the Bell Road Project item have since been moved to fund balance and reallocated in the City’s Capital Improvements Plan, which occurred during this year’s budget process.
