Shackled
I will try to explain my arrest by the City of Surprise to the best of my ability. Trust me it was a nightmare. Being in business for over twenty years I was always doing improvements on the property. All of the improvements were made under City Permits; this had been going on for years. They said that the dance hall did not meet code I immediately closed it. This all took place before I ran for office and there was never any talk about closing the swap meet in fact I was updating the yard lights under the direction of the city inspectors at the time.I will try to explain my arrest by the City of Surprise to the best of my ability. To make it simple, had I been convicted of these charges I would not have been able to take office, which I did.
Hope this makes sense to everybody that ask, why was I shackled and thrown in the hole. This Hellhole was over used without any facilities until you appeared before the city judge.
