SURPRISE, AZ (October 9, 2007) The City of Surprise Teen Advisory Board is inviting teen input on proposed park rules and operations for the city’s first skate park at the upcoming Teen Advisory Board Meeting, Wednesday, October 17, at 6:30 p.m. The meeting will be hosted by city staff and the Teen Advisory Board members at the Sierra Montana Recreation Center, 14861 N.
