Ever wonder what is on your magnetic key card?

D. Hotel room number

E. Customer’s credit card numer and expiration date!

 

Bottom line is

 

Keep the cards, take them home and destroy them

The Surprise Community and Recreation Services Department is gearing up for another season of Youth Girls Volleyball League, which will begin early June. Girls, ages 7-15, will learn the basic fundamentals and skills associated with the game of volleyball in an atmosphere where participation and fun are top priority.

Also coming soon is Girls Volleyball Camp! Coaches and players from Valley Vista High School will teach participants the basic fundamentals of the game of volleyball in a safe and fun environment. Instructors will teach skills such as serving, passing, setting, hitting and blocking. Girls Volleyball Camp will be held June 9 – 11, for ages 7-15, at Valley Vista High School,15550 N. Parkview Place.

Resident registration for both Youth Girls Volleyball League and Girls Volleyball Camp will begin April 14, and be available through April 26. Late and non-resident registration will be held

April 28 – May 2. Special Saturday registration will be available only to Surprise residents on Saturday, April 26 from 8 a.m. – 11 a.m. at the Community and Recreation Services Office. You may also register online at www.surpriseaz.com/recreation. The City of Surprise is looking for youth volleyball coaches. If you are interested, please fill out a volunteer application and get fingerprinted at the Community and Recreation Services Office, 15960 N. Bullard Avenue.
