$1,650,000 07/07. Softball Complex $2,000,000 combined with this project
07/07. Includes $400,000 to be set aside for pickle ball.
PROJECT UPDATE
Construction of the park commenced April 28th, with the construction of a temporary pond for construction water. Since that time, much dirt on the west portions of the site have been
leveled and almost two softball fields have been brought to their final elevations.
Much of the Earthmoving will continue into in July. June will see the connoted establishment of grades for the softball fields and surrounding areas, as well as the movement of excess
dirt from the west side to the eastern portions of the park.
Additional amenities to the park include basketball courts, an aquatic center, play areas, a volleyball court, and additional restrooms and parking.
