Art and Craft Vendors sought for 7th Annual Surprise Party
SURPRISE, AZ (September 18, 2008) SURPRISE, AZ (September 18, 2008)The Surprise Community and Recreation Services Department is inviting arts and crafts vendors to apply for booth space at the 7th Annual Surprise Party, Saturday, December 6, at the Surprise Recreation Campus, 15850 N. Bullard Avenue.
The vendor fee is $70 for a 10’ x 10’ space. Tents and electricity are available for an extra fee. All vendor products must be original or consist of a specialty item. Commercially produced, import products and catalog items will only be accepted if they are displayed as a gift or winter item and will be limited. Vendors will be chosen on a first come first served basis.
The Surprise Party is a free family event featuring live entertainment, live animal shows, elephant rides, petting zoo, pony rides, clowns, an interactive kid zone, car show, arts and crafts and much more. The event will also consist of a balloon glow, tree lighting ceremony, Arizona Skyhawks skydivers and fireworks on December 5. This annual event is expected to draw 12,000 – 15,000 people.
