What’s happened
We have come a long way, when the City of Surprise accepts the findings of the Attorney General that the City Council had broken the open meeting law (no big deal, happened before our time).
One present Council member and two previous Council members signed documents admitting their guilt in breaking the open meeting law (so what, no big deal).
