New Year to bring new jobs and amenities to Surprise
And despite a downturn in the economy, new shopping and entertainment choices are coming to Surprise. “Trader Joe’s and UltraStar Cinemas opened to much acclaim in 2008, and in 2009 Sam’s Club and the big bowling and entertainment facility Boulevard EXP will open, just to name a few.
