Budget
I believe it is everybody’s view that attorneys must interpret everything written by lawyers and be determined by a judge.
It is my view that Certified Public Accounts have reach the stature of the legal profession.
Outside accountants have a hard time reading city budget reports, as each accountant has a different style.
Before reports were clean, now they are full of pictures to confuse the issues.
