John Longabaugh
Now that he is a Councilman, John Longabaugh inaction on providing ADA rest rooms in Marley Park is hard to understand. This issue was addressed when he was Vice-Chair on the Special Needs Commission.
What ratio? I, like everybody else should be concerned that the City Park in Marley Park, in which we pay upwards to ½ Million $ to operate, should have facilities for the handicapped.
In a City Council meeting recently, we were told how many handicapped citizens live in Surprise, so unless the city’s intent is to privatize our City Park in Marley Park they should build restrooms that meets the ADA standards.

Do you have a point? What is the ratio of special needs vs no special needs in Marley Park, or how about funding vs no funding? Hard to understand, not really. Only if you are trying to make news where there is none….as usual.
