Are you ADA Certified?
If you have a disability that prevents you from using Valley Metro, or any other bus service, you may be eligible to receive Valley Metro ADA Service Eligibility Certification. With this certification, you are eligible to participate in the city of Surprise’s new Taxi Coupon Program, administered by the Surprise Human Services Division.
