Undercover
Talked to a Councilman from Surprise today, that said he knew nothing about the City of Surprise hiring an Intergovernmental Manager, which I assume will work for Mayor Lyn Truitt. The money for this position was put in the 2008-2009 budget last year, now we know why.
When Mayor Lyn Truitt filled this position in January last year, there was such a stink, that this time he done it under cover, where I can’t find out where it was discussed.
Open government, I don’t think so. God Bless America
