Mayor Lyn Truitt
In my view, Mayor Lyn Truitt as seen on the video of the meeting held June 11th voted spending the $100,000 for the sign, because it was in the 2009 Budget and being in the Councils Contingency Fund could not be carried over into the 2010 Budget.
This was the reason Vice-Mayor Joe Johnson with the assistance of City Manager Randy Oliver put this on the agenda right away, after being turned down in the previous council meeting.
This Council and City Manager is not spending the tax payer’s money prudently.
