Mayor Lyn Truitt
The road is so rough on Bell Rd east of Grand it is hard to believe that the City of Surprise spent over 2M repairing it.
It is hard to find things that Mayor Lyn Truitt and his Council have done to make living in Surprise better, rather it appears to have become worse.
. Residents in Desert Oasis are concerned about development because the Council raised the impact fee’s three fold. They have raised the utility rates because the raise does not effect some or most on the Council and most of all they are spending our money like there is no tomorrow.
