The Surprise Community and Recreation Services Department is gearing up for another season of fall sports for youth ages 5 -12.

Co-ed Youth Flag Football and Youth Soccer, both of which begin in early September, help boys and girls learn the skills of the sport and have fun!

Resident Registration is July 13 – 25. July 25 is a Special Saturday registration for Surprise residents at the Community and Recreation Services Office from 8 a.m. – 11 a.m. Late and Non-Resident Registration will be held July 27 – 31. Registration is also available on-line at www.surpriseaz.com/recreation. Fee is $45 for residents, $55 for late-registering residents and $65 for non-residents. The City of Surprise, in partnership with Credit Union West, is offering the “Understanding Your Credit Score” financial fitness course September 9. This course will address the issue of personal credit and credit scores, what makes up the credit score, how to improve the score, and strategies to implement these improvements.
