Estimated Project Budget - $4.5 million (Paid by CFD - DMB). At this time we have not received any invoices from DMB to document their actual expenditures.

Heritage Park, which is the center of activity and fun. Heritage Park is broken up into two main sections, the northern section which includes two baseball fields, an adventure playground for young children and a plaza for community-wide events; the southern section is centered on the arts, featuring an open-air amphitheater that can hold up to 1,600 guests, a rose garden honoring the roots of Marley Park and an open field for playful activity.

“Heritage Park complements our existing recreational offerings and provides a venue to expand community programming,” said Surprise Director of Community and Recreation Services Mark Coronado. “The entire community of Surprise will benefit from increased opportunities for sports, musical and cultural programming.”
