Commercial real estate booms; Big ‘live-work-play’ projects proposed across Valley

Surprise, AZ (June 28, 2019) Surprise water customers who want to help with water conservation efforts now have additional incentives to save.

Beginning July 1, city-serviced residential and business customers will have several water conservation rebate programs to choose from.

WaterSense®-labeled irrigation controller rebate

Customers who purchase and install a WaterSense®-labeled irrigation controller may be eligible for the cost of the controller, up to $125, excluding installation/labor, shipping, tax, etc. Residential, homeowner association, schools, multifamily and commercial properties are eligible to apply.
